These Account Terms ("Terms") apply when you create, access, or use a customer account on fancoria.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Scientific Circuits Co. Limited (trading as Fancoria). Your use of the Site is also governed by our Website Terms of Use. All purchases made through your account are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale.

1. Eligibility & Age Compliance

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• Local laws: You confirm that viewing adult material and purchasing these products is lawful in your country or region of residence.
• Underage accounts: If we become aware or have reasonable grounds to believe that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will immediately suspend and close the account and delete associated personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
• One account rule: You must not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions, circumvent restrictions, or engage in fraudulent activity.

2. Account Registration & Security

Registration is required to complete checkout on the Site.

• Payment information: We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Any saved payment methods are securely tokenized and managed directly by our PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.

3. Age Verification

We utilize an age-gate (cookie-based confirmation) before allowing access to the Site. You acknowledge that this digital confirmation is not a substitute for verifying your legal age in your country, and we reserve the right to request formal proof of age (such as a government-issued ID or other reliable verification method) if we suspect underage use.

4. Saved Addresses and Orders

You may store delivery addresses for convenience. While we may use address validation tools to reduce errors, you remain solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery details at checkout. Your order history and invoices are available in your account area, and communications will be sent to the email address you provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site and your account only for lawful, personal purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Site for unlawful purposes or to harass our staff or other users.
• Attempting to bypass security measures, scrape bulk data, or disrupt the service.
• Reselling products for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except where such resale is expressly permitted by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., the principle of exhaustion of rights).
• Submitting false orders, fraudulent payment information, or engaging in chargeback abuse.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

• Data breach notification: In the event of a personal data breach affecting your account that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay (and promptly, where specifically required by laws such as China's PIPL), as mandated by applicable law.
• Data portability: You may request a copy of your account data in a structured, machine-readable format, where required by applicable law, by contacting support@fancoria.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content, branding, product images, and software are owned by or licensed to Scientific Circuits Co. Limited. You are granted a limited, revocable license to browse the Site and make personal purchases. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Termination & Suspension

By you: You may stop using your account at any time. You may request account deletion via support@fancoria.com. We will delete or anonymize your data as required by law, but may retain order records for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or the Terms of Sale. Where practicable and not prohibited by law or in cases of urgent security concerns (e.g., suspected fraud or account takeover), we will provide you with reasonable prior notice and an opportunity to appeal or rectify the issue before termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to your mandatory right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

11. Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail, subject to mandatory local consumer protection laws that may require otherwise.
